Hubstaff is Data Privacy Framework certified

Hubstaff retains customer data in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (“DPF”).

Data Processing Agreement

Hubstaff utilizes the EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”) as an alternate legal transfer basis to the DPF in some instances. Hubstaff’s Data Processing Addendum (DPA) incorporates these commitments around the DPF and (as applicable) other data transfer mechanisms. These terms are incorporated into and form a binding part of our Terms of Service and Agreement (as defined in our Terms of Service) with Hubstaff users.
