Refund policy
30-Day money-back guarantee
Hubstaff is proud to offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee. We love our customers (and non-customers) and want the feeling to be mutual. If you are unhappy, for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of choosing a paid plan.
Please note that this guarantee only applies if:
1. The customer is a first-time user of said Hubstaff product. This only counts for the first time they become a customer on each platform; if they leave and return a few months later and become a paid customer again, the 30-day period does not apply to them.
2. It’s the first organization with a paid subscription for a customer. The policy is not applied to other subscriptions.
3. The organization is fully archived (or switched to the Free plan). This cancels the subscription.
4. The subscription is currently inactive. No partial refunds are possible if a subscription is still active. This means that you will not receive a refund if an individual user in your organization removed their seat or was otherwise unsatisfied with the Hubstaff product.
